Sheltered by cliffs and with a one-of-a-kind location in the beautiful Duino Cliffs Nature Reserve, Portopiccolo is at once modern and traditional, technologically advanced yet perfectly in sync with its surroundings. In fact, the entire complex was built using only inert materials from the limestone quarry of Sistiana.

All of our standalone apartments are located in the two main areas of Portopiccolo: Case del Borgo and Case Terrazze. All apartments offer a view over the marina and the sea beyond. Plus, each is furnished to the highest standard. All apartments come with a living room and a kitchen area that’s equipped with home appliances, including a microwave, fridge and a dishwasher.

Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Apartments is located in the picturesque and luxurious Portopiccolo complex, which can be found on the North Eastern Adriatic Coast of Italy. The seaside village sits in a strategic location. It’s just 18 kilometers away from the city of Trieste and very close to the A4 highway, which connects the north of Italy to Croatia and Slovenia.

The easiest way to access Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Apartments is via car. Simply take the A4/E70, which runs from Venice to Trieste, and follow the signs for Trieste/Sistiana. When you reach the roundabout on the SP1, take the exit to the SS14. Following this, take a sharp right onto Strada di Portopiccolo (partial usage road).

You can also reach Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Apartments by either train or bus.

Meeting rooms are not available at Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Apartments. However, meeting and event spaces can be hired at Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Resort, our sister property. Functions can also be held at both the marina and the beach club.

Each of our apartments has its own fully-furnished kitchen, which offers a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. However, if you’d like to eat out then you’ll also have access to all of the bars and restaurants in the Portopiccolo area. This includes the dining options at Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Resort & Spa. However, please be aware that reservations may be required here.
