Fitness classes

The hotel’s Shape club is open 24/7 and is completely free for guests to use. This large and inviting space is located on the ground floor of the hotel, next to the outside gardens and spa area.
If you like, you can also take your workout to the next level by requesting a session with a personal trainer.

Port Wine Cellar

Sample authentic ports in the hotel’s Kopke Port Wine Cellar. Here you can taste port wines, relax at one of the tables and even purchase some of your favourites as souvenirs of your visit.

Summer terrace

The hotel’s relaxing and reinvigorating spa is open daily from 10:00 to 21:00 and is free for guests.
Located on the hotel’s ground floor, it contains five treatment rooms, a relaxation room, a hydrotherapy pool, a sauna and a Turkish bath. If you like, you can also book a massage or treatments featured on our Spa Menu.

Swimming pool

The hotel is home to two swimming pools. One of these is located in the hotel garden, while the other is situated in the spa. The latter is also heated.
While the outdoor pool has a bar nearby, the indoor option provides fantastic city views. No matter which you choose, you’re guaranteed to enjoy a relaxing and reinvigorating swim.

Summer terrace

If you’re looking to relax away from the action, head to one of the hotel’s terraces or garden areas. These are located on floors one, two, three, five and six.
These inspiring spaces contain bars, lounge chairs and cafe furniture. Live music is also played regularly. For some of the best views in the city, head to the roof terrace.
